• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours  in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours  prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee as detailed in your service agreement.

5. Payment Terms:

• Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms set forth in the service agreement or contract.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as detailed in your service agreement.

6. Warranty and Liability:

• Fresh Era Roofing guarantees the quality of our work for a specific period as detailed in your service agreement.
• We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. User Responsibilities:

• You agree to provide safe access to your property for our staff and to inform us of any known hazards or conditions that may affect our work.
• You agree to secure any necessary permits or approvals that may be required for the work to be completed.

8. Intellectual Property:

The content and materials available through Fresh Era Roofing’s service are the property of Fresh Era Roofing or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

9. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
